What is Home Health Care ?

Home health care is the delivery of quality nursing care to patients in their home environment; it is provided on a part time basis.  The patient's caregiver or family and home environment (which includes community resources) are part of the plan of care.

The purpose of home care is to provide patients/caregivers with the support, treatment, information, and understanding they need to successfully manage their health care needs at home.

Home health nursing is both science and sensitivity in practice, dedicated to quality patient care.
